Dr. Andrey Waerheall
Dr. Andrey Waerheall in ISCPTA Academy in 2008 and provides overall leadership, strategy, and direction as Academy’s Chief Executive Officer, majority controlling shareholder, and Board for International Academy Immediately prior to launching ISCPTA Academy.
Previously, Mr. Waerheall served as a naval officer in one of the USA-guided missile destroyers enforcing UN sanctions against Iraq and taking part in the initial strikes into Afghanistan during OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM.
Mr. Waerheall holds a BS in Economics from the US Naval Academy and a Ph.D. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
and degree from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is also a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, holds a Master of Business Administration Degree.
Major General Richard
Major General Richard A. N is Head of Geopolitical Strategy and ISCPTA Academy’s Senior Advisory Board Member. and advisory for corporate leadership development, education, and training and has led entrepreneurial efforts in global primary research and national security. He served over 29 years in the Army holding every command position from infantry platoon leader to commanding general and was the senior intelligence officer in the LA, the Balkans, Korea, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
He culminated his career as the Commanding General of the US Army Intelligence Center. He has been awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit with Cluster, Bronze Star, and multiple combats, expeditionary, and service ribbons. General Richard is an Honor Graduate of the US Army Ranger School. General Richard is a national security contributor and a member of the Military Intelligence Hall of Fame.
Dr. Daniela Addison
Dr. Daniela Addison is ISCPTA Academy’s Executive advisory board
has a BA in American History from The University of Pennsylvania, where she was and the Track Team with 10 Varsity letters, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Has extensive knowledge of urban law enforcement and continues to work closely with numerous City of Philadelphia agencies, most importantly the Philadelphia Police Departments. In 2001, Ms. Addison served on Governor Homeland Security Transition .
